About Our Program
What does it take to break a bottom? Interrogation play is an exciting way to bring elements of coercion, intimidation, and oppressive power dynamics into your scene. Asher and Char will explain the anatomy of a satisfying interrogation and demonstrate its particulars. Learn how to extract information and enforce compliance, whether you are playing parent/child, cop/robber, Nazi/communist, or any other roles imaginable!
Topics will include:
* Costumes and props: dossiers, uniforms, riot batons, and more!
* Interrogation in pop-culture: from The Matrix to Inglourious Basterds!
* Role play archetypes
* Sensory deprivation, isolation, and other fiendish forms of psychological torture
* And of course, the old “good top, bad top” routine!
About Our Presenters
Asher and Char are two of the hosts of TransMission, the SF Citadel’s trans centric play party. Char is a devoted sadist, pain slut, and purveyor of fine barbed-wire scourges. Asher is the author of Transgression, a bi-weekly column for Carnal Nation. The two Bay Area natives are collared to each other and living in sin. When they are not dressing up as Nazis, they are active in anti-oppression politics.
Please note: Janus programs are open to all attendees 18 years of age and older who have a personal, positive interest in BDSM. You do not need to be a member to attend.
