Be a Mentor!
You can support the next generation of kinksters.

The SOJ is looking for Mentors of all genders, orientations, roles and depravities for new Janus Members! Mentors of all experience levels and technical abilities are encouraged to join our dynamic Mentoring Program. You may have only a few years experience or you may be an expert in your chosen field of kink; you can shape the next generation!

* Giving just a little bit of your time to a Newbie kinkster (even over the phone or by email) will make a huge difference to their development!
* Talk with your Mentee about your experiences, answer their questions, help them find their way and be one of their resources as they initiate their own journey.
* Mentor a single Newbie individually or mentor a small group of Newbies for a single night at the SOJ Mentoring Program Night.

The Mentoring Program provides resources to new kinksters just beginning to explore and supports people who have been in the scene a little while and want advice on specific aspects of BDSM. Mentoring pairs are matched ‘type-to-type’ based on the interests of both the Mentor and the Mentee. Think of it like committing some time to be a "big brother," "big sister" or “big genderfluidic sibling” to new kinksters who are really excited, have questions about their own interest in kink and want to become contributing members of our community.
