Medical & Electrical Play

This intro will cover some of the basics of medical and electrical play— what is involved, how people play, and some basic safety concerns. Various toys will be displayed and explained, and class members will be able to experience some of the sensations.

For electric play, we will present and discuss basic tens muscle stimulation units, the ErosTek E-312B, Violet Wand, flyswatter, Dog Collars & cattle prods, monopole vs. dipole,and other types of e-play. Bob will be providing a demo and more discussion on the Violet Wand and showing off various attachments. Cam will be showing and demoing tens units including some fun home-made attachments.

For medical play, we will discuss medical role playing, temporary play piercing (with cool demo), permanent piercings, cutting & scarification, suturing, sounds, casting, and more.

About our Presenters: Marc and Pilar have been active in the local BDSM scene for more than a decade and perverted for longer than they can remember. Both are currently Janus officers, frequent speakers to colleges and community groups about alternative sexuality, and both teach a number of classes including play piercing, flogging, spanking/paddling, medical/electrical, Intro to SM and more.

Bob is a current Janus officer and enjoys all types of play. Cam is a member of the men's leather community and volunteer for various events such as LLW, LDG and more.
